Based on its extensive patient studies, VIVIT maintains a large biobank of biological samples, including plasma, serum, whole blood, and urine, securely stored in -80°C freezers. This invaluable resource facilitates retrospective analyses and the generation of a wide array of new laboratory parameters.

For this purpose, VIVIT has established its own molecular laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art technology for nucleic acid and protein analysis. Our lab employs methods such as real-time PCR, LAMP, digital PCR, next-generation sequencing, ELISA, and Western blot analysis facilitating precise and reliable investigations into molecular and cellular mechanisms. Furthermore, we collaborate closely with partner laboratories to expand the analytical spectrum, supporting innovative research and biomarker discovery.
